Vendors

  • Vendor Research

Design

  • 12 Hours: Wedding Project Help (including DIY projects, welcome basket prep, favor prep, etc.)
  • Set Up of Knot or Zola Wedding Website

Week Of

  • Final Week-of Details Meeting (2 hours)
  • Rehearsal Coordination (1 hour)
  • Day-Of Itinerary and Reminder Document for Wedding Party (walking order, packing list, timeline, etc.)
  • Day-Of Vendor Contact List & Delivery Details Document

Wedding Day

  • WedUcator: 12 Hours on Site (Day-Of)
  • Assistant: 9 Hours on Site (Day-Of)
  • Day-Of Vendor Coordination
  • Day-Of Wedding Party Coordination
  • Coordination of First Look, Photos, Ceremony, Introductions, Excusing Tables for Buffet, Toasts, First Dances & Cake Cutting
  • Set Up of Signage, Centerpieces & Seating Table Décor (chair covers/sashes additional), Reserved Ceremony Seating, Memory Table, Cake Table, Gift/Card Table, and Altar/Arch. Additional fees apply for décor beyond items listed above. Client is responsible for transporting décor to and from venue.
  • Cake Cutting
  • Packing Gifts & Cards into Designated Vehicle
  • Full-Service End of Night Cleanup

**Overnight accommodations must be provided by client for night prior to and night of wedding, for all weddings located 120 miles or more from WedUcation Workshops office.
***Weddings over 200 guests or with heavy décor set up requirements must add 2nd assistant ($450)
